I drew up the basic plan of the house that meets the needs of my family accurately and thought through every little detail, it was made correct by an architectural firm.
Large and spacious living room, large sunny windows. I am especially satisfied with my bathroom and sauna solution.
The north-facing windows should not be floor-to-ceiling, and a house with a parapet would no longer do.
I would definitely use double plaster or osb board in the construction of the house.
