The first thing that caught my eye was its rustic and Scandinavian style. We found a project with exactly the right size and layout that we were looking for.
We made the house project ourselves. It was important to us that the house was planned in such a way that the terrace gets as much sun as possible during the day. It was also important to have a sauna inside the house.
There was a suitable project in Timber’s project bank, the room layout of which could be adapted to our needs. The project was also suitable for placement on the property.
In the case of my house, it is a house designed by myself. Important aspects of heating the walls of the foundation house as well as the under-roof were heat retention. All their wishes were happily met. I received advice on the optimal desired ceiling height and other recommendations on how to make the cost of the project more affordable.
The project was prepared together with Timberelement’s designers. According to my wishes, the designers helped with the layout and the layout of the house.
